Graphic Designer

We are currently searching for a graphic designer. Within this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing communicative, aesthetically pleasing, and on-brand graphics for a plethora of mediums. The graphic designer’s job duties include the following:

  • Work with clients to conceptualize a design that portrays a message
  • Create visual elements that fit the brand, voice, and tone of the client’s business
  • Edit current concepts on client’s websites
  • Develop aesthetically-pleasing graphics for a wide range of mediums such as websites, social media, emails, videos, flyers, business cards, and more
  • Collaborate with content writers and website designers

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio is required)
  • Experience with relevant programs (i.e., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Organized and deadline-driven
  • Ability to take a client’s thoughts and comments to create graphics that please

SEO Specialist

We are currently searching for an SEO specialist. Within this role, you will lead the charge in developing an efficient and effective marketing strategy for clients. You will also be tasked with reviewing and implementing changes as feedback is received. The SEO specialist’s job duties include the following:

  • Conduct keyword research and selection for SEO based on clients’ needs
  • Manage SEO activities such as link building, keyword implementation, site map development, and more
  • Work closely with the writing team to develop optimized content for websites, blogs, Google My Business, social media, and more
  • Work with the web design/development team to create visually appealing and optimized websites
  • Review marketing campaign performance and implement changes when necessary
  • Coordinate with other teams to develop effective marketing campaigns across all areas of focus

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications or a related field (preferred)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in search engine marketing

Website Developer

We are currently searching for a web developer. Within this role, you’ll develop optimized websites using various coding languages. In addition, you will manage a variety of client websites at the technical level. The following job duties are also expected:

  • Create, edit, and maintain client websites using a variety of coding languages
  • Maintain and improve ASAP Marketing’s website
  • Write industry-standard code that is testable and efficient
  • Work closely with SEO specialists, content writers, and graphic designers to develop beautiful websites that meet search engine standards
  • Optimize websites and applications for responsiveness and loading speeds
  • Design mobile-friendly websites
  • Communicate with clients about design features, optimization, technical abilities, and more
  • Create, edit, and maintain clients data through migration and replication
  • Manage domain names and hosting providers
  • Backup files from websites

Our team is looking for an Accounting Manager who will oversee all accounting duties and responsibilities across multiple sister companies. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Office while in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage taxes and prepare tax documents

  • Manage accounts receivable process

  • Write clear and concise copy for websites, blogs, emails, social media, and many other mediums
  • Review and edit existing content for spelling, grammar, tone, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with web designers to develop aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites
  • Work alongside SEO specialists to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content
  • Interview and speak to clients about their business and industry

Marketing Sales Representatitve

We are currently searching for a digital marketing sales representative. Within this role, you’ll assist in the development of new client relationships. Please have at least 2 years of experience with selling web or SEO products/services over the phone or in person.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create a sales pipeline for prospective clients who are small to medium-sized businesses in a wide range of industries
  • Cold call or Cold email prospective clients to introduce the company and learn about their marketing needs
  • Schedule and meet with prospective clients to discuss further details on their needs and offered services
  • Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest through other channels such as contact forms or walk-ins
  • Discuss and outline the benefits of various digital marketing services such as SEO, website development, content marketing, social media management, email marketing, and more

Social Media Specialist

We are currently searching for a Social Media Specialist to join our team. Within this role, you’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google My Business, and more.

The Social Media Specialist’s responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the design and content team in executing social media marketing campaigns
  • Create new social media accounts for small to medium-sized businesses on various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, etc.
  • Create and share relevant social media content consisting of text, gifs, images, videos, infographics, links, etc.
  • Create and manage social media paid ads to meet marketing goals for the agency and clients
  • Analyze social media data and adjust campaigns to meet marketing goals
  • Work closely with clients to develop branding and consistent social media awareness of their services or products
  • Manage and respond to comments, shares, reviews, and other user-generated content across all social platforms

Qualifications and Requirements
